When disaster strikes your vehicle, getting your car, truck or van back has to be the first priority. We accept any licensed insurance provider and will work with your insurance company's insurance professionals to process the repair as part of your claim to return your vehicle to you quickly. As part of our dedication to our customers, we have taken the time to train our staff continuously and work directly with several major insurance companies to provide preferred provider service. By working through and expanding these relationships, we can continue to increase the speed and accuracy of the repair portion of your auto claim.
Acceptance
Our staff will work with any licensed insurance company to ensure that no matter who your vehicle is insured with, you recieve a quality repair from our staff and technicians at Willarron Collision Center. To help serve our customers and ensure that repairs can be processed quickly and efficiently, we offer the following guidelines to our customers in case of an accident:
Before an accident...
- Make sure to carry Insurance ID Cards.
Immediately after the accident...
- Exchange information will all drivers involved.
- Contact the Police and file a report of the accident.
- Call your insurance company immediately thereafter to file a claim.
After a claim is filed you can expect...
- The insurance Auto-Damage adjuster will contact you to schedule a time to estimate your vehicle.
- Once you recieve an estimate, the insurance company will authorize you to repair your vehicle.
- At this time, contact Willarron Collision to Schedule your repair.
As always, we recommend that you work with your local insurance professional for more specific information on procedures to file and process a claim. Sometimes there can be important small changes to the process to ensure that your insurance company recieves accurate information in time to ensure a quality repair and a thorough process.
